How do you ask people to change their behaviors?
In my experience, leaders often give feedback to people without being specific. They tend to say things like: “I want you to be less arrogant,” or “I want you to have a more entrepreneurial spirit,” and so on—without backing up their statements with any solid evidence of what they mean by those words.
For this episode of ‘The World Class Leaders Show,’ I will share specific tips and actions on giving feedback to people and their wrong behavior. And hopefully, it can give you ideas on how to use these specific feedback tips in order to make positive changes in their behavior.
