Hi, my name is Andrea Petrone.
I help CEOs, CXOs & MDs make an impact by accelerating performance through change, team development, and strategic planning.
I am a Leadership & High-Performance Advisor, Certified Executive & Neuroscience Coach, Master Facilitator, and International Keynote Speaker.
I also host the popular “The World Class Leaders Show” Podcast.
Before launching my business, I have held C-suite Executives roles across my 20+ yrs of international experience. I worked in the six countries in, often, very challenging contexts where the pressure was high.
This experience helped to raise the bar, not accept average, and drive company performance through uncertainty.
Now, I bring my lessons, pragmatic and results-driven solutions to the C-suite of medium and large organizations.
